Data we may collect
When you subscribe to the newsletter, we process your email address and the information required to confirm and manage your subscription.
When you use the contact form, we may process your name, email address, selected topic and the content of your message.
The technical infrastructure may automatically generate information such as your IP address, browser type, requested page and request time. This information may appear in technical and security logs maintained by the hosting provider.
The website may store preferences in your browser, including your cookie choice, sound setting or confirmation that you have passed the introductory animation.
If you access an interactive map or another external service, that provider may receive technical information such as your IP address and browser type.
When you access an external ticketing platform, information entered there is processed under that platform’s own privacy policy.
Why we process data and our legal bases
We process your email address for the newsletter based on the consent you provide by selecting the subscription option and submitting the form. You can withdraw your consent using the unsubscribe link included in the messages you receive.
We process information submitted through the contact form to respond to your request and, where relevant, to take steps at your request before entering into a contract.
We may process technical data based on our legitimate interest in keeping the website functional, secure and protected against misuse.
Certain information may be retained or disclosed where necessary to comply with a legal obligation.
Service providers
The website is hosted through Netlify, which may process technical data required to deliver, operate and secure the website.
Brevo is used to manage the newsletter, the double opt-in process and messages submitted through the contact form.
Some pages may use external services, including OpenStreetMap infrastructure for maps and a separate ticketing platform. These services have their own privacy policies.
The website currently does not use active analytics tools or marketing cookies. If these services are activated, this policy will be updated and consent will be requested where required.
We do not sell or rent your personal data.
Processing outside the European Economic Area
Some technical providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, transfers must rely on mechanisms and safeguards provided by applicable law, as described in the relevant provider’s documentation.
How long we retain data
Newsletter information is retained while your subscription remains active or for as long as necessary to manage consent and comply with legal obligations.
Messages submitted through the contact form are retained only for as long as necessary to address the request and meet any applicable administrative or legal requirements.
Technical logs are retained according to the settings and retention periods applied by the hosting provider.
When information is no longer required, it is deleted or anonymised unless the law requires continued retention.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, or object to certain processing activities.
Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing carried out lawfully before its withdrawal.
To exercise these rights, contact us at info@futureframes.ro. We may request information strictly necessary to verify your identity.
Making a complaint
If you believe your data is not being processed appropriately, you may lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing or another competent authority.
Additional information is available at www.dataprotection.ro.
Data security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information against unauthorised access, loss, alteration or disclosure. However, no internet transmission can be guaranteed to be entirely risk-free.

This policy may be updated when the website services, providers or legal requirements change. The updated version will be published on this page.
